Anti-spam

Anti-spam is a service that prevents spam from reaching your network that features simple user-end management. Your employees can manage their own spam filter and “whitelist” while hardware and software is maintained by ITCSNY.

Anti-virus

Anti-virus engines and virus definition files are kept up-to-date by ITCSNY on all covered servers, workstations and laptops. ITCSNY ensures licensure compliance, maintains renewals, and keeps track of necessary updates. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is included in the Managed Services package. Client is responsible for the cost of these items.

Data Imaging Management

Scheduled hard drive imaging dramatically reduces the time and expense of rebuilding a computer after a hard drive crash. Images protect the time invested in each machine’s set-up – including all software installs, configuration files, patches, and files stored on local hard disks. This process saves tremendous amounts of time, as all functionality and data is restored to the computer’s operational state at the time of last image. ITCSNY images each covered machine during off-hours according to a schedule determined by the client. Recovery, if and when necessary, is covered under ITCSNY’s discounted support agreement.

Windows Update / Patch Management

Patch management is also included in the Managed Services package. ITCSNY evaluates all patches for servers and workstations upon release. MS-Windows and MS-Office patches are applied shortly after release, on both a monthly and emergency basis. Patches are always installed during off-hours.

Vendor Relationship Management

In the event of a hardware or service failure, ITCSNY will assume responsibility for all repair calls to the hardware, software, service provider. ITCSNY coordinates repair efforts, getting your system up and running ASAP. ITCSNY also ensures that your system is functioning properly through follow-up assessment.

Administration of Upgrades, Updates, and Renewals

ITCSNY professionals manage your system and network, as well as any workstation hardware and software. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is included in the Managed Services package. Client is responsible for the cost of these items as well as any licensing charges that may apply.

Firewall management

ITCSNY manages your firewall, applying upgrades and updates shortly after release. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is included in the Managed Services package. Client is responsible for the cost of these items as well as any licensing charges that may apply.

Router Management

ITCSNY manages your router system, applying upgrades and updates shortly after release. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is included in the Managed Services package. Client is responsible for the cost of these items as well as any licensing charges that may apply.

Server Management

ITCSNY manages your servers, applying upgrades and updates to BIOS and drivers shortly after release. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. Charges for on-going maintenance and support calls are included. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is also included in the Managed Services package. Client is responsible for the cost of these items as well as any licensing charges that may apply. New and additional features can be added under the discounted support rate

Workstation Management

ITCSNY manages all workstations, applying upgrades and updates to BIOS and drivers shortly after release. The client is notified 45 days prior to renewals and required upgrades. Charges for on-going maintenance and support calls are included. The cost of installing updates, upgrades, and renewals is also included in the Managed Services package.
